Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to manage and coordinate Supply partners for the successful profitable delivery of Custom, Made-Rady and Core Services projects ensuring our client delivers excellence to its clients in line with the Company values and behaviours. Following existing processes (and creating new processes where necessary) for Project Control and Financial governance. Providing site supervision on key projects as agreed with the Ops Director and Sales team. Leading efforts to provide ‘best-in-class’ Safety, Quality and Project management deploying skills that follow the AGILE philosophy.

Main Activities

• Resource and Capacity Planning: ensuring that sufficient capacity is in position daily and weekly through the supply chain.

• Working with existing systems of project management (Trello, Teams, Teamwork and any others that may be appropriate)

• Organisation and supervision of contractors on Showsite to ensure the best possible Quality of delivery and ensuring that contractors are always maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping

• Approve all quotes and supplier invoices on your projects

• Ensure contractors perform daily Toolbox Talks to their teams, and that any extraordinary activities are properly risk assessed.

• Raising POs on Optimus system when required.

• Implement and monitor contractor KPIs:

o On Time In Full deliveries: all project services

o Quality checks in place with all contractors – ensuring quality is controlled at each stage of project delivery

• Ensure inventory accuracy; collaborating with contractors to ensure safe and proper storage of client’s materials where necessary.

• Collaborate with the Operations Director in establishing and maintaining policies and procedures.

• Attend kick-off meetings when required to review technical content of new projects with sales team and clients

• Take a participative role in the Company’s sustainability initiative and ensure where possible your actions support the achievement of this initiative.

 

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function.

• Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager.
